Terms of Use & Patient Consent — TCCS Teleservices

1. Agreement to Terms

By using TCCS Teleservices or scheduling an online dental consultation, you agree to these Terms of Use and provide consent to receive dental services through electronic communication.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

TCCS Teleservices connects patients with licensed dental professionals for remote consultations using video, phone, or messaging.
Our dentists can provide evaluations, recommendations, prescriptions, and referrals.

TCCS provides the technology platform but does not practice dentistry directly.
All professional decisions are made solely by the dentist.

3. Limitations of Teleservices
   •    Virtual care may not replace an in-person dental examination.
   •    Certain conditions may require you to visit a dental office.
   •    Technical issues (poor connection, unclear images) can limit accuracy.
   •    In emergencies (such as severe pain, infection, or trauma), call 911 or seek immediate care.

4. Updates
TCCS may update these terms periodically. You’ll be notified of material changes, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated version.

5. Patient Responsibilities

You agree to:
   •    Provide complete and truthful health information.
   •    Use a private, secure internet connection for your appointment.
   •    Follow instructions and treatment recommendations.
   •    Respect your provider’s time and professionalism.

6. Payment Terms

If services require payment, you agree to pay all fees displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through third-party systems.

TCCS does not store payment card information.

7. Limitation of Liability
   •    TCCS is not responsible for the outcome of any dental care or advice provided by independent dentists.
   •    TCCS is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform.
   •    Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the consultation (if applicable).

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which TCCS operates.
Any disputes shall be handled in that jurisdiction.

9. Entire Agreement

This document represents the complete agreement between you and TCCS regarding teledentistry services.
